This dataset was used in the development of the 2023 Pacific Northwest Quantitative Wildfire Risk Assessment. The purpose of the Pacific Northwest Quantitative Wildfire Risk Assessment (QWRA) is to provide foundational information about wildfire risk across the Pacific Northwest Region (which encompasses the states of Oregon and Washington). Analytics from the QWRA are used to guide vegetation management, fire response, and community planning at multiple spatial scales. People and Property was mapped using a combination of structure point location datasets which were then converted to a kernel density. </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>The 'Raster_Name' indicates which sub-HVRA the pixel is classified as based on structure density.
