Service Description: This dataset is a 30-meter raster representation of the People and Property HVRA used in development of the 2023 PNW Quantitative Wildfire Risk Assessment. The People and Property HVRA is meant to assess wildfire risk to residential and non-residential infrastructure. People and Property was mapped using a combination of structure point location datasets which were then converted to a kernel density.
The 'Raster_Name' indicates which sub-HVRA the pixel is classified as based on structure density. The 'Class' attribute defines the density criteria for each sub-HVRA.
