Tillamook and Washington Counties. -ST_dig represents areas of the state where FEMA paper maps were digitized by DAS GEO using orthophotos; not regulatory, but better than Q3. -Q3 is the FEMA digital product digitized from the paper FIRMs and designed to provide guidance and a general proximity of the location of the SFHA; approximate only.
