Contains data from the following sources: -FEMA Eff represents the SFHA that is currently regulatory and in effect (effective); all of western Oregon (except Tillamook and Washington) and Deschutes, Morrow, and Umatilla. -FEMA Prelim is FEMA regulatory mapping going through review and is still in preliminary format, waiting for a final determination of completion. Tillamook and Washington Counties. -ST_dig represents areas of the state where FEMA paper maps were digitized by DAS GEO using orthophotos; not regulatory, but better than Q3. -Q3 is the FEMA digital product digitized from the paper FIRMs and designed to provide guidance and a general proximity of the location of the SFHA; approximate only.
