<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><P><SPAN>The purpose of this assessment was to help document “communities with capacity and/or a track record for success and innovation, while supporting communities to build capacity” as directed by Oregon Senate Bill 762 (2021). A rapid assessment was conducted in late 2022 by a Qualtrics questionnaire sent to 33 groups working on fire and landscape resiliency issues in Oregon, identified from previous inventories of collaboratives and related efforts. The questionnaire concerned capacities, priorities, barriers, and needs. Twenty-eight responses were received and analyzed with basic descriptive statistics and thematic coding. Spatial data about group geographies were obtained to produce perimeters of each group’s broad area of focus within the state of Oregon.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV> |
